Frequently asked questions
How much does venue and supplier sourcing cost?
For events from 30 people, sourcing is free. We earn a commission from the suppliers you choose, and from full-service planning. You pay the prices in the suppliers’ offers; we do not add our commission to them.
What if the event is for fewer than 30 people?
We start with a call. Paulina will call you within 48 hours on business days and work out how best to help.
What if none of the proposals fits?
Tell us what to change and we will prepare new ones. We book nothing without your approval.
Do the proposals commit me to anything?
No. We book only after you approve.
Whom do I pay, and who issues the invoices?
Each supplier invoices you for its own service, according to its offer. With full-service planning, you get one invoice for everything.
Which suppliers can you propose?
That depends on the kind of event: catering, music, sound, lighting and decor, and for other events also transport, accommodation, live streaming or simultaneous interpreting.
