Frequently asked questions
How much does full-service planning cost?
From PLN 1,000 + PLN 40 per person, net, which is PLN 4,200 net for 80 people. On top of that, you pay for the venue and suppliers according to their offers. We earn on this fee and on a commission from the suppliers you choose. We do not add the commission to their prices.
What does the Event Manager do?
Before the event, they agree the schedule with the suppliers and keep track of deadlines. On the day, they are on site until the last guest leaves: they run the suppliers, keep the programme on track and solve problems as they come. Throughout, they are your single point of contact.
What does the invoice look like?
You get one VAT invoice for everything: the venue, catering, AV, staff and the organisation, with items listed for your accounts team. We issue the invoice through KSeF, the Polish e-invoicing system.
When can I ask you to organise it?
Whenever you like. With less than 3 weeks to go, we start with a call with Paulina and tell you what can still be done.
Can I ask you to organise an event I am already planning in Gluu?
Yes, at any time. On the event screen, choose “Organise it for me”, and the event’s details go into the request. With less than 3 weeks to go, we start with a call with Paulina.
What if something goes wrong with a supplier?
The Event Manager solves problems with suppliers on site. That is part of full-service planning.
